KRZYSZTOF MALINOWSKI
Name: Krysztof Malinowski
Occupation: PR & Event Manager
City: Warsaw
1. How would you describe your personal style? Is there a meaning or message behind it?
I would say it’s urban chick. It must be simple, comfortable and I need to feel good in clothes I’m choosing. My style is my attitude.
2. Where do you get your inspiration from in terms of fashion?
Mostly from Instagram. I also like to watch people in places I travel to.
3. Which brands are in your wardrobe?
I like to mix premium brands with clothes from chain stores. I don’t spend a lot of money on clothes. I can pay more for shoes, jackets, leather items and accessories but when it comes to basic clothes which I wear the most often I buy them at Allsaints, Religion, Asos and Zara. I mostly shop online so I like to search for less known Designer brand from abroad. I also like to buy cool unknown local brands when I travel.
4. What is your favorite thing about the city you live in? What brands/fashion designers/thrift stores can you reccomend there?
I like the fact that Warsaw is a mix of old and new architecture. The city is still developing and changing. I would say it does not differ from other European capitals. I shop online so I don’t have any favourite stores in Warsaw but for foreign visitors, I would definitely reccomend a walk down Mokotowska Street full of boutiques of Polish brands.
5. What are your favorite cities ( and fashion weeks ) to travel and why?
I don’t take part in fashion weeks. I am always happy to come back to New York, London and Berlin.
